The most important truth to be learned in this life is that you first need a working definition for truth. The answer to the question 'What is Truth' may be subjective but it is no less important for being so. Find your own answer to the question (intellectually) and then make incremental steps toward realizing it in your life.

Truth is nothing more than the need for assurance to back our raison d’etre and provide a yardstick from which we may measure ourselves to determine rate of evolution.
Unfortunately, this yardstick remains as elusive as the weather.
Although the most important lesson could be a simple message of living and letting live without antagonism, the cyclical pattern of creation and deconstruction in life tears at the fabric of life for which new life may enter.
Who is to say what is right and ultimately truth ? I think I just redefined my truth again.

The truth is that we're here to learn and expierence all the aspects of life. Love hate hunger anguish faith trust etc. and it takes more than one lifetime to learn and teach as well along the way.
We're all from the same beginning, but at different levels of learning.
once we achive all our lessons, we become guides and teachers for the "Younger ones", and help them through difficult lives sometimes.
At least this is what I found out in this lifetime, it may not be your turn to realize it yet.
Enjoy love, happiness and peace to you!

What does God expect from us? The answer is in Micah 6:8,
What does the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God.
The world is looking for the key to sound mental health. It's called "holiness." Jesus enables us to do all this.

I've found out in my almost 52 years that time is precious, and that we are only given so much of it and we should make sure what every we spend it on is going to mean something, to you , and others in the end, because you don't get any extra, and you can't get any do overs , so do what you love.....be good to yourself, but be better to others.....and kept your hand in the hand of the man that stilled the water..... Amen

John 3:3 - Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.
John 3:7 - Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.
1 Peter 1:23 - Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.

We are promised by Christ, who died for us, that, as he came back to life after death, so our perishable bodies will be exchanged for heavenly bodies. Then we will live and reign with Christ.
