I've been drinking Gin and Tonic for a year now. Just yesterday I read that the Diet Canada Dry can give you cancer. Is it really that bad for you?

I think it's the "Diet" part that may be carcinogenic. The tonic is probably not bad for you.

But... I've heard that gin kills more brain cells than any other liquor. If that's true, then I suppose gin and diet tonic might be the worst drink possible.
