I'm in Spanish 3 and we're currently learning: el imperfecto del SUBJUNTIVO y las claúsulas “si”

How do you say "If we were bored..." in Spanish?
Is it "Si estuviéramos aburridos..."?

How do you say, "If we wanted to relax..." in Spanish?
Is it "Si gustaría relajarse..."?

You have the first one right, assuming that "we" refers to either an all-male or a mixed gender group. If it were an all-female group, it would be "aburridas".

The second one would be "Si quisiéramos relajarnos..." or "Si nos quisiéramos relajar..."

That's how all the clauses go. If I were ___, I would ____.

Or, I would _____ if I were ______.

And "gustar" is used to show like and dislike, not wants. Use querer.
