I have! But I have come to the conclusion that it just elicits more talk on their part. My new mo is to just simply reply, "And I will ask the Goddess to enter yours!" That has worked better in the last few days then the screaming. They seem to get this weird look on their faces and walk away.

People are just plain ignorant. There is a law in the constitution that protects special needs individuals from such harassment. I would definitely report this and set up a hidden camera to catch the boy in the act. It's horrible that people treat autistic people this way.

I remember when someone asked me to accept Jesus as my Lord and Savior. I felt very uncomfortable. I told him that I would pray about it. I felt this would appease this man who intruded in my life. I just wanted him to go away. He did not and confronted me by sayng what if he was right and I was wrong. He went on to make me make a decision. He went on and said that If I was right, that there was no God, then I only wasted a few minutes of my life, but if he was right, I gained eternity in Heaven. I did not believe, but my Mama did not raise no fool, so I did the prayer because I am not much of a gambler and I did not have anywhere to go at that moment. I had a few minutes to waste.
I am so glad that he was persistant with me because Jesus has manifested to me and we have become one! He has brought me joy, peace, love, and power. I have never regreted becoming a Christian. It has changed my life and I have gained eternal life here and now.
Will you turn from your sins and invite Jesus into your heart tonight?

I get very offended when I hear ppl tell me "You need Jesus!" or something to that effect. I am not Christian, I was raised in a Catholic household but did not agree with the basic tenets of the religion. I came to realize that my beliefs were most in line with Paganism. Pagan is such a general term, I know, but when ppl ask me what my religion is, I tell them that I'm a Pagan. If asked, I will go more indepth regarding my beliefs. I am tolerant towards other religions, if you want to stand on your head and worship a lawn mower, go for it. I will listen to your views, but once ppl try to force their beliefs on me, I go a little ballistic

Is it so difficult to accept that someone who you don't know would actually care about you? I know that care and compassion for strangers is a completely foreign concept in this day and age, but there are still those out there who believe in it. Christians do not offer to pray for you in order to make themselves feel better. We have experienced something through God that has made a profound difference in our lives and all we want is to share that with those around us. Why would you be offended that someone wants to bring something good into your life?

idk if they have, i hope not. Any christian that believes that they are going to make u convert doesn't know scripture.
too many christains are christian by name only. sometimes i am part of this. too many are proud of their faith but dont admit their mistakes and act like they have everything figured out.
I go to a catholic school, despite being protestant, and it seems like im the only kid that will openly "admit" to not drinking or doing drugs. I have done some other stupid stuff but i try to do my best. the church (by that i mean all believers including myself) needs to spend less time mocking the beliefs of others and more time trying to understand their point of view and behaving in a way that is truely different and instead of telling people about our faith they will wonder what is different and ask us what makes us different.

No screamed however I was very amazed
As I am a Spiritual Being I don't pray to Jesus as he is only the Master Of Healing and my Heart don't need Healing
I pray to God for people just to open their minds
To see what they need to see
To feel what they need to feel
And to try and look for the answers for what they don't understand
People only fear what that don't understand
Instead of wanting it is better to receive what you need
Love & Blessings

When I was walking in darkness (20+ years) no Christian ever said that to me "I'll pray for you to let Jesus into your heart."
Now...as a Christian...I haven't said that to anyone.
That doesn't mean I don't pray for people. I just don't feel the need to say what you quoted above.

well a prayer is a gift not a curse ; sometimes, people just don't know how to say thank you for a gift whether it is wanted or not; and that is the difference, a kind heart or one who wants to scream ; one who can't turn the other cheek ; all of that in itself screams out that you exercise your choice not to believe and they exercise their choice to believe; scream if you would like the prayer isn't for your ears but from the person's lips to God's ear; that person just shared their gift with you.

i gave a donation to a homeless guy a few years ago. he said "god bless you sir"
to which i instinctivly covered both of my ears and said
"AARRRGGGHHH DID YOU HAVE TO SAY THE G- WORD"
quoted form the spawn movie.
*******************************************************
it does annoy me when Christians tell me that they will pray that i am converted to their religion. i view this the same way i view love spells and black magic. it is simply one person trying to get the gods or the powers that be to force their will onto the other person. i find it highly offensive and not done for any positive reason.
