According to the Vedas there is a material temporary,heaven and an eternal spiritual heaven. God created the heavens earth and hell for mans desire. These are the material worlds. Only one fourth of the souls come to the material world, and the rest are enjoying pleasure pastimes with our Creator also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc., in the eternal spiritual abode where there is no more birth death old age or diseases. The Material heaven is where one goes to get ones very good karma and Hell is where one goes to get ones very bad karma (no one goes eternally, that is a man made idea) and earth is where one goes to get any combination of hellis or heavenly or anywhere inbetween karma. What is "man made" in Heaven? Is that your question?
If so, I'd say "nothing." Everything in Heaven is made by God...with the possible exception of "prayer."
