Um.. well i'm going to assume a passion party has approximately the same theme as valentines day? here's my best recipes:
1~Sweetheart Cookies
Ingredients:
1 package (13 oz.) NESTLÉ BUTTERFINGER Hearts, unwrapped
NESTLÉ CRUNCH Hearts
3/4 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup granulated sugar (optional)
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.
BEAT peanut butter, brown sugar, butter and 1/2 cup granulated sugar in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla extract. Gradually beat in flour and baking soda.
SHAPE dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in 1 cup granulated sugar; place on ungreased baking sheets.
BAKE for 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned. Immediately press 1 Nestlé Heart into center of each cookie (cookie will crack around edges). Cool cookies on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
2~Easy Springtime Cheesecake
Ingredients:
CRUST
1 1/2 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted
CHEESECAKE
36 NESTLÉ BUTTERFINGER NestEggs
NESTLÉ Milk Chocolate NestEggs
3 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
TOPPING
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 350° F.
FOR CRUST:
GREASE bottom and side of 9-inch springform pan.
COMBINE graham cracker crumbs and butter in medium bowl. Press onto bottom of prepared pan. Place in freezer for 5 minutes.
FOR CHEESECAKE
SET aside 12 Nestlé NestEggs to use for garnish. Unwrap and cut remaining Nestlé NestEggs in quarters.
BEAT cream cheese and sugar in large mixer bowl until fluffy. Beat in vanilla extract. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sprinkle cut Nestlé NestEggs over bottom of crust to 1/2-inch from edge. Pour filling into crust.
BAKE for 50 minutes or until center is set and edges begin to crack. Cool for 2 minutes before adding sour cream topping.
FOR TOPPING:
COMBINE sour cream, sugar and vanilla extract in medium bowl; mix well. Spread over surface of warm cheesecake. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on wire rack.
REFRIGERATE for several hours or overnight. Remove side of springform pan. Garnish each slice with one unwrapped Nestlé NestEgg.
NOTE: Try substituting 1 1/2 cups NESTLÉ TOLL HOUSE Milk Chocolate Morsels, Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels or SWIRLED Semi-Sweet & White Chocolate Morsels in place of 36 NESTLÉ NestEggs.
Sprinkle 1 cup morsels over bottom of crust before pouring filling into crust. After cheesecake is baked and cooled, sprinkle 1/2 cup morsels around top edge of cheesecake as garnish.

1 cup crumbled cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies

LINE 9-inch-square baking pan with foil.
COMBINE sugar, butter and evaporated milk in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
STIR in morsels, marshmallow crème, finely crushed cookies and vanilla extract. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle crumbled cookies on top. The easiest thing I have done is fruit kabobs. All you have to do is buy about four or five of you favorite fruits slice them up and slide them on the stick. You can even drizzle them with a fruit dip (marshmellow cream and whip cream - put it in a ziploc cut the end and squeeze!). It looks great and is totally easy, it is also very healthy and a crowd pleaser for anyone watching their weight! And the greatest thing is it isn't messy and only takes a few minutes to prepare!
I don't recommend bananas because they will turn brown and if you drizzle them with the fruit drip let them dry really well first so that it will stick. As soon as you drizzle them put them in the fridge so the spread will stick!
Have fun at your party!

How about coconut shrimp?? They are SO easy, but everyone goes nuts for them every time I make them! Just get some medium sized shrimp, and clean them, and take the tails off. Roll them in some flour, then dip them in a beaten egg.. Then, you'll need a mixture of some plain bread crumbs, coconut, and a dash of flour. You want the bread crumbs and coconut to be about even. Roll the shrimp well in the mixture so they have a nice coating. Toss to fry in hot oil for just a few minutes, turning them over if needed. Drain, and serve. Make sure to make dipping sauce! Mix some orange marmalade and a dash of rum, and it's so yummy!

A "Passion" party? Do they sell "adult" items at these things? Welllllll.....that certainly could be fun! Here are some ideas for some appetizers that might work for you:
1. Chicken satay with peanut sauce
2. Fruit kabobs with brown sugar, vanilla, sour cream dipping sauce
3. Asparagas, cooked crisp tender, wrapped in prosciutto
4. Melon slices with thin slices of Black Forest Ham
5. Pepper salami, or sopressata, with goat cheese and rolled around a cornichon (french pickle)
6. Cucumber rounds with creme fraiche, smoked salmon, and a dill sprig.
7. Baguette slices with a bit of good mustard, sliced tomato, and sliced asiago cheese (thin!)
8. Tortollini skewers (with grape tomatos and fresh basil) with warm marinara dipping sauce.
9. Brie en Croute: whole wheel of brie topped with your favorite preserves, enclosed in a puff pastry shell and baked until puffed and golden. Luscious!
10. Cocktail weiners in crescent rolls and served with sweet hot mustard.
Enjoy!

ALWAYS A BIG HIT AND SO EASY!
Soften some cream cheese and place it in the center of a dish. Mix small shrimp (already steamed and shelled) with coctail sauce and surround the cream cheese with it. Surround that with crackers.
It's always gone in no time and soooo easy!

Here's a really easy and delicious dip you can make. You need one block of Philadelphia cheese, three quarters of a bottle of sweet chilli sauce (Asian style), three tablespoons of finely chopped fresh coriander and two tablespoons of finely chopped fresh mint. Mix the herbs with the chilli sauce. Unwrap the cheese and place in the centre of a large plate, then pour the herbed sauce over it. Serve with plain rice crackers and enjoy!

Pigs in blankets are always great at parties,
another good choice i've recently discovered are these mini eggrolls that can be found at your local supermarket.
Both are very good and are sure to be a crowd pleaser.
