I had a delicious meal at a friends house a few years ago and would like to try it out for Good Friday with the family. It was a kind of seafood bake with a creamy tomato sauce finished off with two grilled lobster tails on top, served with rice and salad. Can anyone tell me how to make it?

ok so, dont know bout the creamy tomatoe, but. for the sauce, 20g butter 20g flour, in pan cook for 5 mins, stir continuisly. add pint and a half milk, lemon zest, fresh chopped parsley, salt peper, nutmeg. if u want it tomatoey then add 2 tomatoes chooped cook for 6mins then blitz better without tomatoes!
for the seafood: scallops and skate go well, salmon and dill, iff u have lobster on top why not crab with cumin: whatever u decide to use just add the sauce to it. then if u are using mash pot pipe it on top bake 30 mins 190! easy, if u are using breadcrumbs then bake open for 20mins then add crumbs and bake further 10mins! hope this essay has helped lol

Sonya has it, yet as somewhat tip for the destiny: save all your shrimp and lobster shells even though how they have been cooked. Boil them for a pair of hours and you have gotten amazing seafood broth. It freezes nicely and can be utilized in rice or the rest you would be able to desire to fancy. Then dry the shells (incorporate tails in case you have them) on your oven 'til they are bone dry. Grind them up on your spice (espresso) grinder. Use it in soups and stews the two suitable from the bottle in case you have floor them adequate, or positioned the powder in a form of little linen bags and plop them suitable into even though you're cooking. good Eats!!!

Perhaps you can contact your friend and see if they still have the recipe? I'm thinking that you might also find it on Allrecipes.com or in the Foodnetwork web site. Sounds yummy!
