I'm curious since the '95 Corolla comes with a simple am/fm stereo. It looks complicated, but I've been told that its possible. I pretty much bought all the parts for it. The starter kit, the stereo, the speakers and so on. I'll appreciate any help. Thanks.

Take all the stuff you bought to a nearby circuit city or best buy and they will charge you for installation.

It's one of the easier installations out there. You need a wire harness if you haven't already purchased one, but you don't need a radio mounting kit; in fact the best way to do it is to mount the new radio using the metal brackets that held the old one. This both looks and works better than using an installation kit, and it will be more difficult to steal.

To remove the old radio, just pull the knobs off the climate control levers. Then you can just pry off the dash bezel; it's only held in with clips. You may need to pull out the AC button; it will just plug back in when you're done. The old radio is held with screws under the dash panel; remove the old radio, unscrew the brackets from the sides, attach the brackets to the new radio and mount it back into place (after connecting your wire harness).

The front door panel has to be removed for the front speaker installation; there are two screws in the door pull handle, then a screw inside the door release lever cup. The whole door release lever housing gets removed, and if you don't have power windows you may need a special tool to remove the window crank. After that it's just pressure clips around the outside edge of the panel.

The rear speakers are the hardest because you need to remove the back seat and the brake light housing before the panel will come off, but it's not that difficult.

Another option would be to return everything you already bought and repurchase it at Curcuit City since most of the time they run specials for free installation on stereos purchased there.
