any clues why? I been using this machine for about 4 months and not seeing much of anything change.. am i possibly doing the exercises all wrong?? The amount of weight i can do has changed allot so i know i am gettin stronger but over all appearance and toning its not all shaping out much.. I mean for example in the bench press i started at 150lbs, now i can do about 210 lbs, those are about the increases i have seen in most of the workouts, but my body just isnt changing, i dont have that "Bowflex Body"
