I started on Clenbuterol 7 days ago. I work out 5 days a week. I do about 35 -50 min of cardio 4-5 days and strength training 3 to 4 hours a week. I am a 33 year old woman 5'0" and currently at 118 lbs. I am trying to lose 8 to 10 lbs. I started at 20 and am now up to 80 (4 pills) a day. I eat pretty clean, I cheat a little but nothing that should cause me to gain weight. Does anyone have any advice for me. Please no lectures, just advice. My goal is fat loss and toning. Please help. Thanks! Feel free to also email me. Is it possible that I got some fake Clenbuterol. I got it from Clenbuterol-King. It came in a small white bottle that was labled as Clenbuterol.

I don't know anything about clenbuterol but I do know that muscle weighs more than fat. If you're working out, then you're developing muscle. Check out your measurements, though. You have probably lost some inches already and as you keep working out your weight should start to go down again, too.

check with these diet tips.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)
