Criticism of Jesus is to say that what is perfect is not perfect. It meant that the person criticizing was wrong. For those who honestly thought something was wrong, Jesus taught them. However, for those who should have known better, and for those who tested Jesus for some ignoble purpose, Jesus responded harshly.
The Bible does not always, or even often, give inflection. It does not say whether Jesus whispered or screamed, "Let he who is without sin, cast the first stone." I like to think that He said it softly, so that the people around had to strain to hear it.
Jesus is told that He is sinning when He heals on the Sabbath: Jesus rebukes the elder and informs him that He is the Lord of the Sabbath.
Jesus is told that he is bad for forgiving sins. So, Jesus tells the man on the mat to rise up and walk. (Booyah!)

Ah - now I see the quality of Yahoo! Answers. This lady plainly asked for NEW TESTAMENT SCHOLARS. Do all of you really wish me to believe you are scholars? Please!

I do hope someone with scholarly qualifications will answer you. Though I feel as if I know my Bible fairly well, I will bow out of this one - I'm simply not qualified.

The ones who criticized Jesus the most were the Pharisees and other religious leaders of the day. He usually had a cool way of putting them in place. He was not afraid to take them head on and make them squirm.

He didn't react so much for himself, but he was quick to jump to the defence of his disciples. He wouldn't accept the hypocritical religious leaders putting a false burden on those whom he was teaching.
When he was personally challenged, he responded with either an explanation or another challenge, depending on the attitude with which the challenge was made. But when those leaders messed with other people's minds, that did annoy him.
EDIT:
If you read his responses carefully, you will realize that sometimes he even responded with a joke (we are so used to reading it solemnly in Elizabethan English that we often don't recognize the humour).

He was indifferent. He was here about His Father's business. What people thought about Him was not as important as His mission. The only ones whose criticism He even gave any notice to were the religious leaders of the time, and He simply told them how vile and evil they were in reality. He did the will of His Father. Period.

Jesus was often criticized and you should know if you've read it. Like for healing on the Sabath. He always responded with some truth that confounded his accusers.
