For breakfast choose a Bran Cereal that is high in protein (around 10 grams per serving) and also low in sugar (8 grams or less per serving) Or eggs with whole wheat toast and a glass of milk. Tuna is a good choice for lunch. Skinless chicken breast & green veggies (spinach, green beans) are a good choice for dinner.

Pretty much any meat product or dairy has a lot of protein, if your a vegetarian then you have to mix plant products with different types of amino acids which your body can turn into protein. An easy one is beans and rice.

Chicken, Tuna, and other fish are good ways to get protein. Nuts, beans, and legumes as well.
I know you are not looking for protein powders, but if you ever do look, look for Arbonne brand. You can't buy in stores but it's very good. You have to get it from a consultant. I can help if you're interrested.
