what is a good camera
that is not too big, has a good meomory card, easy to use, quick to use, good quality
any advice on cameras helps

Canon's are good, but so are Sony, Fuji and Olympus.
You can do a features search at dpreview.com that will make sure you get what's important to you. Personanlly, I like the Fuji F20 for a great lowcost camera.
