Anything sweet, and if I have to use the microwave, that's okay! I just want something simple that doesn't take too many ingredients.

I love making my own versions of my favorite candy bars. Here are the recipes I use for Reeses Peanut Butter Cups and Snicker Bars (they taste almost exactly the same!)

Reeses:

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
2 cups powdered sugar
1 cup softened unsalted butter
2 cups creamy peanut butter
1 (12 ounce) package milk chocolate chips

Directions:

1. Mix together graham crakcer crumbs and powdered sugar. Add peanut butter, and softened butter, mix well.
2. Press into ungreased 9x13 pan.
3. Set aside.
4. In a double boiler, melt your chocolate chips (some people use the microwave to melt chips, which is just fine).
5. After chips are melted pour and spread over peanut butter graham cracker mixture.
6. Chill in the refrigerator until set. Approximately 25-35 minutes. Keep chilled, or in a fairly cool room away from heat, if you store them out of the fridge.

Snickers:

Ingredients:

1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 cup creamy peanut butter
dashes salt
3 cups powdered sugar
35 unwrapped Kraft caramels
1 cup dry roasted unsalted peanuts
1 pkg. (12 oz.) milk chocolate chips

Directions:

With the mixer on high speed, combine the corn syrup, butter, vanilla, peanut butter, and salt until creamy. Slowly add the powdered sugar. When the mixture has the consistency of dough, remove it from the bowl with your hands and press it into a lightly greased 9x9-inch pan. Set in the refrigerator. Melt the caramels in a small pan over low heat. When the caramel is soft, mix in the peanuts. Pour the mixture over the refrigerated nougat in the pan. Let this cool in the refrigerator. When the refrigerator mixture is firm, melt the chocolate over low heat in a double boiler or in a microwave oven set on high for 2 minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. When the mixture in the pan has hardened, cut into 2x1 sections. Set each chunk onto a fork and dip into the melted chocolate. Tap the fork against the side of the bowl or pan to knock off any excess chocolate. Then place the chunks on waxed paper to cool at room temperature (less than 70 degrees.) This could take several hours, but the bars will set best this way. You can speed up the process by placing the bars in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Have fun!

It depends on how many teeth she has and is she used to eating solid food. I'm guessing as a 1 year old, your kid probably has 0-4 teeth, and not a whole lot of experience eating solids. If that's the case then blend any fruit or fruit mixture and feed it. Blend an apple a pear and an orange. It's healthy and quick. Gogurt (fruity yogurt in a little tube) is a nice tasty snack. Cut grapes into quarters. Half the grapes and then half each of those halves. Keep an eye on your kid when he/she eats them. A slice of cheese.

Take big marshmallows dig a hole in the center and put a maraschina cherry kind of close it up with your fingers, dip in chocolate syrup and roll in chopped nuts, then dip again and roll in coconut. Let dry for an hour or so

Well It's not sweet as in chocolate, but my friend likes it allot. It's cheese dip. So you take a Velvita 2lb. block of cheese and a can of Rotel original tomatoes. So, you cut up the cheese (only use half of the block) and put it in the microwave for 2 min. stir, put it in again for 2 min. stir, and one more time but this time put the Rotel in the cheese stir, and then put it in for the last 2min. when it's done that time stir one last time and it's ready to eat. It goes good with Tostitos chips (what ever kind you like) and I like it with Wavy Lays, but that's just me. Hope that helps.

Okay. I learned this at a cooking class last week. Take red seedless grapes and wash them, slightly dry them, and coat with Raspberry Jello (just the powder). They are yummy alone or to put on top of a salad. It sounds yucky but it is yummy!!!

S'mores are always a good bet - use graham crackers, chocolate frosting and marshmellows. Also, smoothies are a quick and healthy sweet snack. Throw in yogurt, berries, bananas, peanut butter, honey, whatever you want...

Chocolate icing in between two vanilla cookies. Sort of like a reverse Oreo. The kids will be hyper for HOURS!
