vehicle. I know not everyonehas to have the inspection sticker and whatever the other thing is but it is 65.00 and I really just dont have the money to pay it. Is there anything you can do or do you have to pay it because you happen to be in one of the states that require you have one.?

Emissions and Inspection Stickers and yes you do have to have them unless you would rather pay the fine, and if you look around you will find it cheaper...

One of the responsibilities of being able to drive is your paying all these costs.
If youcan't affordthem you might want to have second thoughts about driving. Sorry, but that's the way it is.
