Hi I am 16 years old male and I am 5'11. I am overweight and want to loose at least 25 lbs by august. I started jogging 30 min 3 days a week. I would love to loose more than 25 pounds but i would be satisfied with 25. Can any one please give me some ways i can achive my goal as quickly as possible. Also if any one knows how toloose the weight before august please tell me.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

1)jogging every morning
2)tae bo 5 times a week for 1 hr
3)hot yoga twice a week for 1hr 30mins (to strech out the muscles of tae bo)

**i lost 15lbs the first 5 tae bo try outs!

eat heathy, drink lots of water. eating jalapenos and taking 3 tb spoons of apple cider cinegar will boost ur metabolism!

weight watchers worked for me. i lost 19 pounds in 3 months. good thing....you literally can eat anything you want. the goal is to make better choices of course. it does take some tracking but it does work.

play sports it is fun to go 2 the gym if u want it 2 be fun it can be dont always eat junk food but EAT ok dont always have desert or try fruit it is good GOOD LUCK
