Last week in the northern Gaza town of Umm Al Nasser a water treatment reservoir burst. This buried several buildings and killed many ppl. While Israel rushed aide to the town, 8 kassam rockets were fired (by these "Palestinians") into Israelie populated centers!! How's that for gratutude???
(These ppl had been told at least a year in advance that this would happen if they did not repair the reservoir.)

Yogi..the rocket was fired from the location that the IDF struck back at. That is a trick of those ppl to keep sympathy on their side. They strike from behind their innocent then cry foul when the innocent are hit in the retaliation.

Those people have such a deep hate for Israel and jews you wouldn't be able to understand it. It doesn't matter how nice the jews are, they will always be hated and seen as evil. Do you honestly think if Israel gave up the land they said they would, that it would bring peace? It wouldn't. It would just force the jews into a smaller area, easier to bomb them to death that way.
A peace WILL come though, and it won't have to do with Israel losing territory either as far as I understand it. It will be a peace treaty for 7 years, once that's signed....all hell is going to break loose.

Yeah, sure. Tell only one side of the story.
Do you have any idea the horrible things Israel does in retaliation? And then Palestine retaliates back. And then it goes on and on. It's a chicken-or-egg scenario as to who threw the first stone. However, Israel, having WAAAY more military power, should be aware that it is their responsibility to grow up and stop acting like babies everytime a rocket gets fired at them after they decimate entire towns full of innocent civilians.
Both sides are equally at fault, and peaceful COEXISTENCE is the only solution. Separating countries, separating people up into "Palestine" and "Israeli" categories... that makes it worse. Like what happened in the US with blacks and whites. The "blacks" were separated from the "whites" and so both sides had their own misgivings about the others. Only by removing the boundaries of their children in mixed-schools and similar actions, could they eventually (and reluctantly) remove a lot of the hate and false ideas about each other (although, admittedly it was more the whites who had to learn about the blacks in that case.)
These people are all ignorant. They have been brought up hearing only one side of the story, and then attack the other side because their peers have effectively dehumanized them. Kind of like what you are doing by implying they deserve what they got. Kind of like what Catholics and Protestants go through in Ireland.
This is the type of destruction only religion can bring. Perhaps it is not the people who follow the beliefs who are at fault. Perhaps it is the beliefs themselves.
Sit on that idea for a while. Hell, it's Easter. It might hatch into a Cadbury bunny.

There is no such thing as "israelis". Why don't you and your whole bunch go back where you came from and leave the people of Palestine alone? You're only there to torment them, bulldoze their homes, raze their villages and cover everything with ugly strip malls and high-rises. You talk about this trivial response on their part. You make sick to my stomach. You want to tell us about that little "accident" at Quana in 1996? Or,what the **** are you doing in Lebanon in the first place? For 18 years and then again last summer. I hope Nasrallah has a good supply of katyushas; there must be at least five million of you, come crawling out of all four corners of the earth just to ruin and poison the Holy Land for humanity.

The Palestinians didn't do this horrible act. Individuals who are full of hate, did this act. The "Palestinians" are a frustrated people, poor, jobless, no standing army, most of which want to have what the Israelies want. Peace. Land. Homes. Hope. Some people want revenge. People are the same. If we were the Palestinians, we would have the same actions among us. Pray for all mankind.

And so you've decided, based on the rocket attacks or the lack of resources to fix a dam, that Palestinians aren't people worthy of basic human rights?
I'm sympathetic to the Palestinian people because atrocities are committed on both sides. Hec, American protesters who go over there have been shot by Israelis too, and I'm sympathetic to them too.
EDIT: Alright, so if they aren't worthy of sympathy, what are they worthy of? Basic human rights? Autonomy as people? I'll grant you that Israel is in no strategic position to just ignore its own security, but I fail to see how that negates the humanity of the other side.
None of this killing would be happening if Palestinians were sympathetic to Israelis and Israelis were sympathetic to Palestinians. All wars are the result of a lack of sympathy. So I'm a little troubled when someone tells me that I should have less sympathy for other human beings, because the world needs more, not less, sympathy.

last year one rocket was fired into Israeli territory from a Palestinian territory.
in response the Israeli army opened up on a Palestinian civilian beach with military artillery.
the Israeli military has commonly set up shooting ranges so that Palestinian neighborhoods were down range and willfully and with propose not placed adequate blocks behind the targets to stop ":stray" bullets from hitting the Palestinians.
i have no love lost for wither of them. the Palestinians use suicide bombers and commit acts of terror all of their own..
i find it funny that the so called holy land is fertilized with human blood.
********************************************************
so in retaliation for one single rocket they fired over 40 heavy warheads.
sounds like the true lambs of god out there huh.
by the way i research things like this and get both sides of the story. maybe you should try it sometime.
you justify everything that isreal does and see absolutly no wrong in their tactics to keep their stolen land.
even by the bible it was occupied by the Philistines first. can you guess who their descendants are?

You have no idea if any of this happened at all.
All you know is what you are told to think by the media.
Taking sides based on what you have been told by people with an agenda is very dangerous.
