what happends if a couple have sex when the wife is already at her menopausal stage?

what happends to the sperm cells? where will it go? what will happened to the sexual organs of the wife? will it cause sickness or abnormalities?

What? The only thing that happens when a woman hits menopause is she stops ovulating and having her period. How would that affect sex? It doesn't. You can have sex just for enjoyment. The sperm would pushed out of her body....no biggie. What is this about sickness and abnormalities though? For who? Her sex partner, her, or a baby? I'm a little confused.
