Smile then eyes. It's hard to perceive someone's inner personality through his/her eyes, but you can surely tell by someone's smile. A smile reveals more than just a glare. Everyone has pretty eyes, but not everyone has a smile. Smiles engender smiles, they're contagious. :) As for me, I like girls with a nice smile, I totally fall in love with a girl's smile. The eyes just support the overall appearance.

I'll tell you what both of them do for guys
Eyes allow the man to divert his attention to solely you and also gives them a way to resolutely begin flirting without the fear of rejection. This is the beginning of attraction
The teeth (smile) gives the guy a sense of security and allows him to further develop the flirting and, if in the case, ask you out. A smile gives us courage to be simple.
Put them both together, and you have a very confident guy who feels he is special by your presence.
Of course there are those impudent exceptions who can't read body language if their life depended on it. But hopefully majority of men will say these two are the dead give aways.
