find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Cut ur meals:- instead of 1 full bowl, have it in 3/4. try it for a wk; after which, cut down to 1/2 bowl. eventually, ur stomach is full when u hv been keeping with that quantity. it'z ok if u take more than 3 meals/dae. but it's gotta in small quantity. juz break down the amt of food. also, chew ur food slowly. hv u heard of Class 95FM? Gleen n FD ever mentioned that colours that u c will affect ur food intake. research in foreign countries tried n tested that, when having meals. avoid colours like yellow. orange n red, which r very commonly seen. NEED I GO ON?

You don't need to loose weight. It's within normal limits. However, if you want to be healthier - eat good food (vegetables, fruits, fresh meats, etc.). This way you won't have problems later.

Your to young to be worrying about things like that. Enjoy your childhood while you can. You will have plenty of time to deal with these things. Try to eat healthy and excersise more often. Remember to drink plenty of water...not only will it help you keep from retaining fluid on your body it will help with things like keeping your skin clear. Good Luck...Have fun...enjoy it. Dont grow up to fast its not as great as you think it is.
