is a very disturbing thought, coming from someone who preaches love.

not if I have anything to say about it. Although it is truly scary when you realize how many of them WANT the rapture and the end of the world to come, that is just sick and mind boggling.

No, but judgment is on the fast track heading this way. Then those who have mocked and murdered Gods people will find themselves in the grasp of pure judgment, such as man has never known. Humans are nearer the end now, than ever before.

A lot of them were hoping for a Y2K catastrophe for that very reason. And didn't a group of fundies try to take out a power station on New Years Eve? These people are demented.

I hope you will not take this in any way as a judgement of you but please get your facts straight before you ask a silly question. Armageddon is not the same as the end times or the tribulation prophecies. It is the name for the final battle between Christ and the anti-Christ which will occur toward the end of the tribulation and it is technically a locality not an event. It will occur in the valley of Armageddon near Jerusalem.
