I really need help! I only have a month and a half left before this certain special something, and I need to lose roughly 30 pounds. I'm going to do a cleanse diet, that will rid my body of toxins, but I do not know which is the best cleansing diet. I will then continue with working out 7 times a week which includes running, walking, riding a bike, and pilates. I will also eat healthily, eating foods rich in fiber, oatmeal, apples, and other fruits and vegetables, and salads, often staying away from carbs. Will this plan help me lose 30 pounds in 50 days? Which is the best cleansing diet with long lasting effects? Please help, thanks

I just saw this diet where you basically only eats fruits and vegetables and drink loads of water. Is that a good detox?

Should I do anything else that isn't too costly but also effective? Any good workout videos or diet plans?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats, take 300-400 calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
5-8servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water a day
5-6 small meals instead of 3 big ones (breakfast is the most important - make sure to get complex carbs like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, fruit etc)
4-6 times a week cardio for 30-50min, light weight training, many reps
no junk food, no sodas, no alcohol, no white flour (cakes, cookies, white bread, pasta etc.), nothing high in sugar (ice cream)

Your cleansing diet sounds healthy but not when it's so sudden. Losing 30 lbs in 50 days sounds dangerous and very stressful. Such a strenuous workout plan doesn't sound good either. Start with working out 3 days a week and then work it up to 7. Don't totally cut out all fat foods, you will eventually give up and the reverse effect will occur so cut fat food little by little or in your case in half and once you're used to it, keep on cutting the amt of fat intake in half. 8 glasses of water a day can actually help lose wait. breakfast is important bc it starts the metabolism. Good luck!

If you really stick to your program you'll certainly loose a lot of weight. You have 7 weeks, so if you keep a pace of 4 to 5 pounds a week you will reachyour desired weight.
Remember that you need your carbs for energy, but eat them up until lunch; no carbs for dinner!!! Also, remember to eat five to six small meals a day to increase your methabolism.
The only long lasting effect diet is to maintain a regular regimen of healthy eating and exercising.

Best of lucks!

nicely, once you're on a eating ordinary your physique is going right into a form of "starvation" mode. It starts employing the fat out of your physique for survival because of the fact as a manner to drop some pounds, you may eat under you may stay to tell the tale. So, once you "wreck" the eating ordinary in basic terms for rather, your physique is going to apply any form of greater effective nourishment as "padding" for once you would be able to desire to be going into yet another "starvation" mode (or eating ordinary, as we call it). it is not going to make an effect, yet merely bear in mind what your physique would desire to be questioning!
