hydrocortisone cream will help with the burn and itch.
its sold over the counter and in many itch-relief creams (like for poison ivy or oak)
if you can't access the cream, some home-remedies may help:
1. witch-hazel (found in many skin toners)
2. a bath of oatmeal, evaporated milk, or baking soda
3. cold compress
4. dissolve two asprin (uncoated) into a water paste, apply, and wash off after you feel some relief.
5. olive oil
6. vaseline

1) Chilled aloe vera gel
2) Hydrocortisone cream (1%)
3) Apply a compress w/ witch hazel (okay to leave on) or cold milk (rinse the milk off).

Start using the Aveeno shaving cream and I promise, after a week you will really notice the difference!! It helps with itchiness too.
For now, though, if it is really noticeable can you wear a nude color panty hose or tights?

Ok, I really don't have a clue but I am going to through something out there. Keep in mind I am male and have no clue how makeup works but could you use cover up. I know women use it on there face to cover stuff up. Just a thought.
