I just started working at thing new job about a 2 1/2 weeks ago and theres this guy i work with and i really really like him but i dont know how to ask him out or give him my number so please help!!!

First flirt and be friendly. If at all possible do not ask him out. Some people (even guys) say its good, but its usually not. Almost every guy wants to marry an angel, someone they think of as better than them. So make him chase you, if at all possible. It will be more fun too. :)
For most guys, if the girl shows interest first, it is a turn off.

It has only been 2 1/2 weeks, so be patient. Don't make it obvious, he will think that you are so desperate, your just using this job to flirt with him. This is a total turnoff for guys, desperate girls! So don't make it obvious! Talk to him about interesting stuff that will make him want to know more about, WORK hard ;) , and keep on doing this for a few more weeks, and see if he has closer feelings towards you. Be open!

maybe you can make plans with him. Next time you talk to him, mention that some big event is coming up, and tell him that you would like it if he came. If he says that he doesn't know if he can or says that he's busy, give him your number and tell him to give you a call later on if he changes his mind. Or you can slip him your number (in his jacket or whatever).

just try to strike up a conversation with him and if things go well, ask him if he wants to go to dinner or see a movie when you get off from work

ask him what is he doing one weekend and if he would like to get together, he could call you and give him your number. you can flirt with him and just ask him to a movie or something.
