What kind of seperation would I get and would I ever be able to get a new job? Because I dont think I can hide my problems anymore

Only if it is a Medical Seperation

it would either be a medical or honorable, depending on the situation..also you get no compensation, but you do get to keep your GI Bill...you could go for unemployment...

That's a dishonorable discharge. But, they do have psych counseling in the Navy, so they might help you work it out, if you can stick it out.
