Not alcohol. i'm talking like flavors of gatorade, propel, juice. things like that

umm, water of course. but my favorite flavors of gatorade are gatorade rain, i don't know what the difference is but they're berry and strawberry kiwi. as far as propel water goes, berry, strawberry kiwi, plain strawberry i think is the best. and apple, orage, or pinapple orange juice are all great thirst quenchers.

Pomegranate juice or Acquai berry juice are probly the healthiest things you can drink. More antioxidants than Cranberry juice or Green Tea.

orange pineapple juice, on occasion, and cold cranberry juice. and kool-aid. kool-aid is great in the summer. i like grape, black cherry, and will drink cherry or orange if my kids demand something different.

i love the ruby red grapefruit flavored SPARK morning energize drink... you add it to bottled water... buy at walmart!!! yummy!!!!
