Red Bull is the same as drinking several cups of flavored high strength coffee.

WATER---the more water you drink, the better you will feel and the more weight you will loose. They make some Dexatrim tablets to put in plain bottled water that can curve your appetite and make the water tastier. I like Dasani Lemon water....good luck
