Dear Sir or Mam,
You can go to google on the internet and search for BILL OF SALE. From there you can print up a blank copy of a bill of sale off the internet and then you can fill in the blanks, have both parties sign, and your done. Don't forget to fill out 2 originals, one original for the buyer and one for the seller. Just sold a vehicle in January of this year, and that is exactly what i did and everything worked out perfectly. regards, victoriana
