Like, when im around peopel, im flexing my abs the whole time, which can span to about 10 hours... is that bad or can it help?

So what your flexing your abs the whole time, thats a good thing man i mean yea u might think its weird but no one knows ur doing it and plus with your shirt off im sure the ladies like it man. It helps your middle area neways flexing it for 10 hours is just like doing more than 100 situps. Its fine man relax its only beneficial to urself and ur body.

basically you are isometrically contracting the rectus abdominis, this is nothing but beneficial for the mid-section and the posture.
