I assume you are asking for ideas for relief? I can think of a few things you can try:
1. an over the counter antihistamine (benadryl)
2. oatmeal baths (aveeno)
3. a cortisone cream

Unfortunately, a permanent solution to the itching won't occur until the cause of the itching is diagnosed and treated. If the above doesn't help long enough, please don't hesitate to call your doctor and tell him how miserable the itching is making your life. He will be able to give you something that might work better.

The doctor is testing your gallbladder because itchy skin can be a sign that there is an obstruction to the flow of bile from the liver.
