If I do 8 minutes abs and arms everyday except Sunday, will it actually work?

Like if I do 8 minute abs everyday alone (this includes eating right and cardio) without doing any other ab exercises, will you be able to see my abs clearly? and if so, how long will it take?. If not, what else should I do?

And same thing with 8 minute arms. Should I do that everyday or every other day? If I do that alone for my arms will I get round biceps (not trying to be a body builder, this is also including eating right) without doing any other arm exercises, just the 8 minute one?

One more time (This is including me eating right and cardio) so please dont tell me anything about that because I already know and I already have it included. I just want an answer to my question and some personal views for those who did 8 minute arms or abs and If they got good / desired results

yes it works if you have been training for a decade prior to that and are already lean. 8 minutes of any type of exercise can only excite the metabolism but so much.

It will work if you stick to it and like you said eat right and do cardio. My problem is sticking to it. Ab workouts are hard to do consistently.

It's best if you can find someone to do it with you.
