Are you under 18? then maybe.. are you a man over 25? If your a man over 25 this shouldnt be your main concern. Did your dad leave your mom for this younger woman? If not then its again a differ story... As a woman who is married to a older man myself who comes from a past marriage (met him way after divorce).. We have been together now almost 5 years. So I ask why you call her a bimbo? I believe if your dad is happy that is important. But if your dad left your mom for a younger woman.. thats not good... so dont get me wrong... but without knowing more detail..

There are def difference with this younger lady and your dad... They are at 2 differ stages of their lives. Its very possible it wont last. My husband is 27 years older than me and its not always easy, but we have a very special love that people our own age dont always have... but this is 1 couple...

Dont let this effect your relationship with your father.. The more he has your support the more he will do the right thing for himself!

Best of luck!

only if you allow it. You need to know that the divorce was not your fauclt and dont let it affect how you view men most men are not like your dad. His new younger bimbo slut wife will grow tired of him and leave him for a younger man. Let him have his fun now it wont last long

No. My father divorced my Mom after 25 years of marriage but I was already in my 20's so while it affected me, I knew that they had a toxic relationship for many years. I just want them both to be happy. What your parents do, doesn't have to alter your life or goals. You are your own person with your own life and decisions to make about your future.

If you are male then notice how your fathers decision is affecting her---if you are female then make sure that you do everything you can to protect yourself.
Unfortunately men do idiotic crap like that when they hit their 40's and 50's--mid life crisis.
They don't realize that what they are feeling is only temporary---a lot of the time they regret what they have done.
You need to support your mother--your father screwed up-not your mother.
Leave him to his bimbo and help your mother.

I am having a bit of a problem with conditionate. That is new word for me. I guess you are wondering if your father's poor choice will affect your future. That depends on you. Your post calls his relationship like you see. Since you can only control yourself, I suppose grin and bear it would be called for. Otherwise go forth and be the best you can be.

Well, it might change your relationship with your father. But it's probably not going to have any long-lasting effect on you, personally. I wouldn't think.

everything is a matter of choice. you may choose for it to affect you or you may choose for it not to. Do what is best for your future and don't be guided by what choices your father made. it is up to you.
