Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is Heavenly Father’s Only Begotten Son in the flesh. He is our Redeemer. Through Jesus Christ, Heavenly Father has provided a way for all people to become like Him and return to live with Him forever.

If He was just an ordinary man, then He was a liar. Either a seducing liar, or a deluded liar; either way He was a liar, and not worthy of worship and adoration, nor worthy for reverence and fear.

If He was a prophet, the biblical standard for prophets was 100% accuracy; anything less and they were not a prophet from God. He said that He was the son of God, so either He was correct and a prophet, or He was wrong, and was no prophet of God.

The word "Christ" is the Greek form of the exact same word as the Hebrew "Messiah." Both terms are used of Him in the New Testament.

When Pilate asked Him if He were a king:
John 18:37
Therefore Pilate said to Him, "So You are a king?" Jesus answered, "You say correctly that I am a king. For this I have been born, and for this I have come into the world, to testify to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth hears My voice."

But he also said:
John 18:36
Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, then My servants would be fighting so that I would not be handed over to the Jews; but as it is, My kingdom is not of this realm."

He was a Prophet in the sense that He tried to call the people of Israel back to service to GOD and not the religious leaders of the day.
He is the Messiah, because as the Son of God His sacrifice saved man from the judgment of the Law.
He lived the life of an ordinary man, facing the same temptations that we all face.
Who is Jesus Christ?
The Son of GOD.
The salvation of a lost world.

Jesus is the Messiah, and He is God in the flesh. Anyone can claim to be God, but the real issue is what evidence is there to support their claim? The answer is clear: None. But Jesus Christ was different, and the reason is because He not only claimed to be God, but His whole life was a witness to its truth. Because of that, He alone could truthfully say, "I and the Father are one" (John 10:30).

What evidence is there for Jesus' divinity? The first is that of His sinless life—something only God could do. The Bible says Jesus was "tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin" (Hebrews 4:15). Then there is the evidence of His miracles—miracles that demonstrated the power of God.

But the final proof of Jesus' divine nature was His resurrection from the dead. Anyone could claim to be the Son of God, but only Christ proved it by coming back from the grave—an event witnessed by hundreds. Who was Jesus Christ? He was God in human flesh—and He came into this world for one reason: to save us from our sins. Why not open your heart to Him today?

Could even have been a criminal, he was crucified between other thieves - and not stoned as they would have done to blasphemers at those times. Who knows? But I still believe he existed and was a very intelligent man.
