It is against the rules of Yahoo Answers for any asker or answerer to solict anybody for anything via this medium. This person has clearly solicited you. If he's violated the policy of Yahoo, can you trust anything else about his program. This is abuse and should be reported.

hon, i asked the same question on here several times in the past 3 weeks, i have gotten all kinds of responses from these
guys from the yahoo address's and no, there not legit. they will ask for a collateral payment upfront and it could be anywhere from 30.00 to 1,000.00. there are alot of these scams on here, i have been trying my hardest to find a legit loan myself. and if you are like me, you keep getting the run around. people have given me all the address's they have given you for credit cards and prosper .com, if you go there you have to have a credit score of at least 520 or forget it. and i got hooked up with a scammer on prosper. i still havent gotten any legitmate loans . i need 5,000.00 to start over, but people dont realize all the credit card companies and american general finance, and household banks and any of the above, even payday loans, we cannot get due to our credit. if you come across a legit loan company let me know as well. if anyone asks you for any payment up-front for any loan, thats against the law in the u. s. and do not do it. because its a scam.

Generally speaking, loans under $10k are more expensive than they are worth - and most *banks* are unlikely to cut them.

If you want to find out if he's legitimate, find out where he operates out of, and contact the Better Business Bureau, and the local legal establishments...if he has a criminal complaint against him, and he's stupid enough to keep using the same name, it is a matter of public record, and available through a simple Access to Information request (and sometimes not even that).

However, someone soliciting your business in this way, I'd avoid like the plague...protect your credit - and yourself - from possible identity theft.

If the loan is not a "now or else" situation...obtain a *secured* credit card and use it...regularly. In short, start correcting your credit history *now.* (You can also contact a Credit Councillor for additional help.)

No i don't know about him and you just see the terms and conditions and rate of interest . But you first make some search and then find about him and then decide to take a loan. But if i was in your place i should have taken loans from some banks and there are many who offers it with bad credit too.
