I've never heard anything negative about it in this day and time, I think we have more opened mind people in this day and time who knows that GOD (Jesus) our creator, said let there be man and let there be woman not let there be black for black or white for white. What a GREAT GOD our world has. Have a Great Day and Year!

I think people are definitely more open to it than they were before. But in certain parts of the country, it is less accepted than it is in others. For example, a movie that they released a couple of years ago dealing with interracial romance did really well in the mid-western state my cousin lives in. It was in theaters over there for a couple of months. I live in the southwest, and here they had it out for ONE WEEK in a couple of theaters. I couldn't find it after that, they didn't even put it in the dollar theater. I had to wait until they released it on dvd to watch it. I guess it is still a kind of uncomfortable topic in some areas.

Absolutely go for it. As long as he's good to you, it shouldn't matter. If you want some inspiration, listen to the Hairspray soundtrack. It's got some interracial love in the middle of the integration period. It's an awesome musical and a big inspiration. Good luck, love.

Most people are used to watching interracial romance remember when the "The BodyGuard" (Whitney Houston.. Kevin Costner)first made out.. America's reaction was like "wow
this is different" Now people are used to seeing it.

Some people cant look beyond color, so they're against it.
The other intellectual percentage see it as a beautiful thing.

All I got to say is color isnt an issue to me. He could be white. black , red whatever. As long as I love him is what matters.

There are those who have no problem with it and others who do. To me what does it matter when two people are different nationalities and love each other. We are all human and bleed the same blood. Its unfortunate there are still bigots in this world. I say follow your heart and the hell with those who have a problem with it its there problem not yours

To answer your first question. I would say the T.V. audience at first responded with shock. That was the purpose of it in the first place. Now that we the audience take it in stride you will began to see it disappear.
On question #2, I will keep my feelings to myself.

I think its more accepted, generally. But, how does an audience respond? They either watch or turn the channel.

Well, I myself am all for it, but I think people in general might not even think about it. I'm in high school and most fo the people I know tend to only date in their culture. I think that right now, its two sided. Either people hate the idea of it or they just don't pay it any attention.
