when the make their money by either selling their bodies and breaking up homes or selling death and destruction. I have heard stories about people in these jobs that claim "they work hard for their money!" But at what cost?? I believe God's Word where it says,"A man that doesn't work, does not eat," but how far are people willing to stretch things to fit their sins....or the pc term...life?

Be blessed!!

Holier than thou people do not admit mistakes and constantly believe that everything they do is right and never wrong. I, on the other hand, believe that I have sinned and that if had not ask forgiveness back then and repent and gain the heart of God towards people, I would in that catagory. But I do not! God loves these people, even in the erroneous ways. I see good people that do wrong because the wrong they do is because they feel as though they have to do things themselves. But God's Word says "..cast your cares upon Him for He careth for us." I am not holier than thou; I want these people to realize that God is the answer to all their problems!!

Amen!!

Why do drug dealers live with their moms?
Why do prostitutes make more money than architects?

As a guy - Drug broker - in case you're hustlin the streets you take care of with execs and cons however As a woman - Stripper - gets a commission vast funds for shaking dat A$$ and teasing men. Prostitute with an escort provider is probably no longer sooo undesirable the two, in and out with hundereds in 30 min. it would take a stripper all evening to make what a whore makes hotel 30 min. relies upon lots on what the girl appears like. in case you're warm. Stripper. trouble-free or under trouble-free be a whore.

Hi, I'm Christian,

I understand what you're saying, but you
have to get the fuller picture here;
Each of us has our own story to tell; some of us are more fortunate than others; think
about the girl who made that one mistake
and thought she met the guy of her dreams, ended up pregnant, didn't want to get an abortion, and the guy ends up being a loser and ditching her. She has nobody; her mom
kicked her out for being pregnant, she had to stop going to school and get a job, but she can't afford daycare, even if she had a car to drive the baby there. She meets another girl in the same situation, and is able to strip to support herself and the baby, and shares daycare with her new friend. She has no other skills to speak of. Ya know what? I'd do it rather than to watch my child be hungry. I don't think there's much of anything i wouldn't do rather than to see my son hungry, to be real honest with you. The girl in this, my example,
would be a person who people would put down for stripping, but they forget that the girl tried to do what was right by not aborting the baby - ya know?
Remember the saying "walk a mile in my shoes"?
I've been so blessed in my life to have a family who is supportive and always helpful during the hard times in my life.
When I read your question, what came instantly to my mind was:
"There, but by the grace of God, go I".

I think it is SO funny that everybody here thinks selling your body for money is Good!..Oh Dear Lord..What a shame there are so many people in the world that don't respect their bodies and actually think they are doing a GOOD thing!!
My Mother was a stripper and I was against it....We were quite poor so she decided to sell her body for money instead of trying to get a respectable Job that God would appreciate...I promise you if she would have worked in a crappy restaurant, God would have helped her more than when she was selling her body...
Your body is a temple and something sacred..meant for your Husband or Wife only....Not for the whole world to "appreciate"...
I also understand that this is the American attitude...I don't know of any American man that hasn't been to a strip club or had their rooms plastered with pictures of Bikini clad women...
Society has deemed it OK, whereas in the Religious communities we know that it is completely immoral...
Sigh...I hope more Women start respecting themselves and their bodies...What a shame...

Jan, Your answer was good...I understand what you are saying...I will add one thing and say that in desperate times of need instead of doing something you think is morally wrong, Pray to God and ask for his Guidance...God is always willing to help....I Think the Pursuit of Happiness(Movie) is a perfect example...He was DIRT POOR, but you didn't see him pulling his pants down or selling drugs...I promise you he was praying that whole time all that stuff was happening to him...God rewards those who suffer, stick it out and stay strong...

people make up there own minds what they think is right and wrong.

most people will say that a crack dealer is wrong because we can see the destruction that they cause.

a stripper is different then a drug dealer because she doesn't do any thing to destory peoples lives. The problems around strippers aren't that they are pushing something that cause people to kill and still to get. the problem is that people look down on them and say they are morally wrong. She is more likely to have problems in her life for what she does then break up someone elses home.

Both professions make their bread from the vices of others. A person 'works' as hard as they work. I'm pretty sure both professions 'work harder' than, say, a dental assistant, so I'm not really sure how that fits in the question.
Some time, see the movie 'Thank You for Smoking." The antagonist/protagonist claims the great suburban, cop-out: Hey, I got a mortgage to pay. That is the mentality that allows one to absolve themselves of the responsibility for their actions because 'the end justifies the means.' In that sense, I believe people will stretch that ethic as far as their morals/principles (or lack of) will allow.

I have seen equal destruction by the hands of people who feel it in the heart of hearts that they are doing what God told them to do.
No, I am not saying that religious people in general are harmful. The ratio of hurtful people are the same with and without religion.
Also, unless you have walked in the shoes of a crack dealer or a stripper and have lived in the life of someone that has gotten to that point in life, do not lump them together as horrible people. Everyone has a story, from the nastiest of the nasty, to the goody-two-shoes, but too many people are too quick to judge.
Although I don't condone their behavior, I am in no position to condemn them either. I have made mistakes, as have all of us. They best that we can to is to try and be the best people we can humanly be, and pray that others can be willing to do the same.

So, single guys dont go to strippers, huh? How does a stripper break up the home of a single man?

Man, your religion has blinded you to being able to see outside ANY portion of your limited life, hasnt it? Furthermore, Id like to see you shake your butt on stage for three hours in 5inch stillettos... and not complain about how hard it is.

The best part is, that stripper and crack dealer are gonna make it into Heaven faster than you would, seeing as how judgemental you are...

Well that's a difficult question to answer because being a stripper, however you look at it, is an honest job. It is legal and it's not actually the stripper him/herself that's breaking up homes, but the person watching them who knows full well that their partner would not approve.

A crack dealer on the other hand is breaking the law. It's not an honest job.

Because these two things are completely different, it's impossible to answer your question.

Crack dealers sell harmful drugs. I don't think that's acceptable. On the other hand a stripper is an entertainer. Not everyone approves of this kind of entertainment but it's not necessarily harmful to anybody. I don't think you can justify telling consenting adults what kind they should do for fun unless it's harming someone.

You are asking a question about people that don't believe in God. and are deceived by Satin.
They see things from a completely different point of view,
They feel they need to be greedy and selfish in order to survive.
