You cannot "borrow" anyone else' product key.

When you install a program, Windows takes the product key on the CD, mixes it with information about the computer on which you are installing, and comes up with an "installation ID."

If you try to install on another computer, it may install, but you will not be able to update or download fixes and in a short time you will be asked to activate/buy.
