please helpp i need to get rid of all the fat on my stomach it is very unhealthy

well i know this diet that is very low in carbs but i don't recommend it for more then 10-15 days i didn't once you can lose 15-17 pounds in 15 days .. here's how it go's:
1-you count only 15grams of carbs for the whole day which is very low because a normal person should eat about 300 g carbs a day.
you get 5-6 very small portion meals.
eat only green veggies nothing else colored veggies like carrots and corn contain sugars.
no dairy ,no milk, or yogurt (i know it's weired but it works)
no candy, no pretzels (in general no carbs)
you can eat egg white. chicken breast
fish ans tuna (witch have no carbs and barley any fat so fill up on that)
you can also eat peanuts ( but be careful a serving of peanuts has 8 carbs so if you eat that there wont be much carbs left for the day
drink only water no diet coke or caffeine (that means no coffee either )
so that is it it's basically a high protein diet with very low cars
oh ya and you cant have fruits either ( i know it's crazy)
but be carefully and stay hydrated . when i did this diet for a week l lost about 10 pound i was dehydrated so be care full another friend of mine done it and lost 17ibis in 15 days with an hour of treadmill a day
i don't really recommend this diet except if you really need to lose weight fast for an occasion

depending on your level of fitness running sprints 3x a week is hands down the best exercise to increase fat loss. any time you exercise at 100% maximum effort the body will increase growth hormone (GH) output. GH is the most powerful fat burning substance that the human body produces and it is also the most anti-catabolic compound that the body produces. training at maximum effort also increases the VO2max which increases the resting metabolic rate. for young women sprinting is probably the best tool against fighting cellulite. GH also causes thickening of the dermis (skin) in childern/adolescents. the thicker the skin and the less body fat the less if any effects of cellulite there will be.

i bought myself an automatic treadmill and put it in my front bedroom in front of a tv and dvd player - i do not eat anything 'diet' and i do not drink any drink that says 'diet' on it just because it says 'diet' on it doesn't mean it will help you lose weight! i eat little and often even if it's just a piece of toast it gets my metabolism going then i take a drink and a cordless phone and i choose a dvd then i get on my treadmill and press play on the dvd. i usually try to do at least half an hour a day but if i've put on a good dvd i could be half way through it before i've noticed how long i've been on the treadmill! my stomach it going away just fine it's not going to go away over night unfortunately but as long as i eat little and often to keep my metabolism going and exercise when i can be fair in my house i can go on the treadmill when i want for as long as i want without any gym fees but as long as i do all this i know that my stomach will go away!!

oh on your stomach? you question caused me to answer cause i fry a lot of bacon and other hog meat. we raise our own food to save money and avoid all those cancer-causing things in the grocery store. so i fry bacon and lot of fatback to poor over the greens. i got a big old stomach and it doesn't bother me. same for my old day and that don't bother me. more to bounce to the once we say. cannot help you get it off your stomach, sorry buddy.

go anorexic no just kidding lol. how fast do you need to lose it? diet and exercise is slowest but best. IF you want it FAST use Hoodia
