Depends what sort of boy you want.
If you want someone shallow, who will pop your cherry and run off, do all the things you will get in most of the answers to your question.
If you want someone to have a real relationship with, work on being attractive yourself. You do not need short skirts and low tops, but always be clean and well dressed. Learn how to communicate and listen to others. Be interesting yourself. Become knowledgable in many topics, both locally and what is happening in the world. Attract someone with their brain above their shoulders rather than below their waist.

i agree with Mike but.. i guess just be nice be funny laugh at his jokes even if they arent that funny... gaze at him with a smile start talking to him get his number... its all downhill from there after you get the number
