I Know Japan has that army rule thing, but that doesn't mean they have to follow it.

Unfortunately, WWIII will be global suicide, therefore in answer to your question, as long as there's rational superpowers who believe in MAD, there will be no WW3. By definition, the next world war wil be nuclear, how could it not. In a nuclear war there will be no winner. In a nuclear world, the only true enemy is war itself.

The next World War will involve a nuclear exchange, how could it not if both sides believe no price for victory will be too high. In the first 30 minutes, nearly a billion people will have been vaporised, mostly in the US, Russia, Europe, China and Japan. Another 1.5 billion will die shortly thereafter from radiation poisoning. The northern hemisphere will be plunged into prolonged agony and barbarity.

Eventually the nuclear winter will spread to the southern hemisphere and all plant life will die. You ask what country would be victorious, you are asking when will we commit global suicide. My answer is it won't happen soon because the larger superpowers are more rational than the rump states in the middle east.

While we hear talk of a nuclear-Iran or a confrontation with NorKor, little is said about the 2 bulls in the glass shop. The arsenals of Russia and the US are enough to destroy a million Hiroshimas. But there are fewer than 3000 cities on the Earth with populations of 100,000 or more. You cannot find anything like a million Hiroshimas to obliterate. Prime military and industrial targets that are far from cities are comparatively rare. Our biggest threat is from an accidental launch by the Russians.

At the point of global suicide, it doesn't matter who is on what side....where you go to hide, or how long you can survive. In a nuclear age like i said before, the only true enemy is war itself.

I heard from a credible source that the Mossad will be hired to sneak a 10 megaton nuclear bomb into the east coast by using a large fishing vessel. They will try and off load it onto a truck, drive it to a heavily populated area and then detonate it.

Bush will declare Marshall Law and may seek assistance from the U.N. to declare a world wide Marshall law.

We will receive a confession tape from Osama Bin Laden and he will take full credit for the attack.

Several people from different intelligence communities will come forward with proof that Iran has been harboring Osama Bin laden for the last 5 years.

Bush will immediately answer with 2 or 3 heavy nukes.

China will jump in as well as North Korea and Russia.

The goal will be to reduce the earth's population down to 1 billion people and maintain it at that level. It will seem like uncontrolled chaos. However...they have actually been planning this for the last 30 years. They call it "culling"

Once the dust clears and things settle down...The North American Union will be formed, PNAC and a New World Order will be installed.

The only thing that worries me is knowing Bush is involved. This man can quite literally screw up anything.

Your prediction is flawed.

World War ll was an outgrowth of the Great Depression.

The new economy found what fits the bill nicely.

Perception of mysterious threats keeps this new economy spinning like a well oiled machine.

What has transpired is a new world order where perceived threats from "unknowns" keeps the world's economy booming.

All munitions and built-up armaments are secured by the big world players, only few are privy as to what they are.

The rest of the population play to whatever tune they want them to dance to.

The countries you mentioned have diplomats that discuss matters in private.

Nobody knows what is being decided.

As the new global economy progresses, countries become obliterated by the new wealth effect of corporations dominating.

These indeed are different times than when wars were being waged by groups of countries.

i think your wrong because russia and japan are the allies of the US and latin america is under the us sphere of influence which means they are protected form attack by the us and the us sends them aid. the reason that no one has concered the latin americas is becuase the us will get invovled. i think the war would be started by korea or iran. ti will end up being a war of nuklear threats and the world of allies will jump to stop the threat.

How did you come up with those guidelines? China with U.S. and England? Are you mad, did you not hear GB call China and N. Korea part of the axis of evil? You do know that N. Korea is trying to build a massive rocket to reach the U.S. mainland. Plus China is N. Korea's main supplier of arms. Also next to England, Japan is one of our biggest allies.

acctualyl you got it all wrong. if there was going to be a world war China would start it and we would be fighting china. Russia would be on our side Iraq probably wouldnt have anything to do with it. and Korea would probably be fighting with china because of fear of being taken over. and Japan cant have a fighting force that leaves their country. they can only defend their country. after WW2 they couldnt really have a fighting force that can leave their country

I'm not really answering this question because it seems that most people are putting countries against each other... If anyone in here has any knowledge of history, countries change their alliances depending on the situation - if WWIII comes around, we may find it's something we least expect. Don't make sides when you don't have to - it's one reason wars start.
