No. If you are baptized as a Christian then you are not baptized again.

So long as the baptism was with water and in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, it is recognized by the Roman Catholics, the Episcopalians, the Methodists, the Lutherans and the Presbyterians.

But not the Baptists.

No (assuming your baptism was valid). When I converted to Catholicism, my baptism by a Lutheran minister was regarded as valid.
