if im eating 3 stalks of celery and about 2 and a half tablespoons of mustard , about 3 times a day , about how many calories am i consuming?? and also how many calories do 10 jumping jacks burn?? and about how much weight do u think i will lose in a week?? and then a month?? keep in mind that i am eating about every 3 hours

I'm so glad some really experienced and qualified people have responded to your question, and given you good advice. To be more specific, among other factors, a diet of celery and mustard lacks protein, which is essential for muscle repair and development.

On this diet, your muscles would gradually waste away. Muscles are the "engine" of the body, and do most of the calorie burning, so that once you started eating properly again, you would put the weight back on faster than ever, as you wouldn't have the muscles you used to have to properly burn energy.

It would be far more constructive to follow a sensible, balanced diet and do a good physical regime each day to lose the fat, while keeping your muscles in good condition. That way, you keep your metabolism in tip-top condition, and can look forward to a gorgeous, healthy body, rather than a depleted and damaged one.

OMG. ANOTHER eating disorder. You won't live long enough to lose weight. You are starving yourself. When you starve yourself, your body shuts down to protect the vital organs. That means it will hold on to every stored fat gram and calorie you have to save itself. Instead, it will start eating away at your muscles. Soon, even your organs will fail--and you will die of heart failure. It's VERY common. Lots of people (more girls than boys) die every day from Anorexia (starvation).

You need help. Go to the doctor before you die, too.

If that's all you're eating the likelihood is that you will lose a lot of weight.

Oh... and you'll probably die.

You need to eat balanced meals to get all the natural stuff that your body needs to survive. Without it you'll make yourself seriously ill.

you could lose just about all of the muscle on your body if that diet was followed for an extended period of time. that "diet" does not provide the calories or nutrients that are needed for the body to function normally.
