I dont know I would imagine that you could take the meat out and heat it up in the oven... if they are already cooked.

I know that you can cut the shell - I cut the frozen shell and then boiled them that way so they would fit in the pan ....

Buy a disposable deep dish aluminum pan from the supermarket. Put the frozen King Crab legs in the pan and fill the bottom with 1 or 2 inches of water. Cover them with a piece of foil loosely. Cook them in the oven on 350 for 30 minutes or so until tender. Use tongs to plate the crabs on a platter. Serve with warm butter and lemon. Enjoy!

Most crab legs that you buy in the store are already cooked. They do this on the fishing boat when they are caught. You usually just have to heat them through to serve them.

I pour a bottle of beer and some salt (or Old Bay Seasoning) in a pot of water. Boil the water, add the crab legs, bring to a boil again and they are done.

Why not boil the legs and crack the shell afterwards. I used to simmer whole crabs for 20 minutes in Salt water (To taste)
