It had a gelcap in it that contained the lemon flavoring and melted during cooking, It was NOT made with milk. Do you know if it's still available and where? I don't want a lemon CREAM pie filling.

lemon angel bars....AWESOME! 1 box 1-step Angel food cake mix 1 can lemon pie filling Mix cake mix and lemon pie filling together and spread in jelly roll pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. FROSTING (whipped butter frosting) : 3/4 c. white sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 egg, beaten 3/4 c. milk Pinch of salt 3 tbsp. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. butter, softened 1/2 c. nuts, ground Mix dry ingredients and add milk; mix well. Add beaten egg and cook until thick, stirring all the while. Let cool. Add 3 tablespoons powdered sugar. Whip butter for 5 minutes and add. Spread on cooled bars. Sprinkle with chopped nutmeats.
