first of all, if it's 20 x 15 it has an area of 300 square feet. The perimeter is the sum of all four sides, 20+15+20+15= 70. So, you just had them mixed up....you had the perimeter, but not the area.

If you're looking for total area, it's length x width.
In your case, it's 15 x 20, which is 300 square feet.
