It's russian first name - Svetlana, short one would be Sveta. Svetlanochka is just when people call you blandly (or with tenderness, or sweet). Like for example your name Jill - blandly you can call her Jilly! Well Svetlanochka is one of those variations - others could be Svetik, Svetochka, Svetlanka
