Tired. A light pain killer. Not as strong as some of the others.

I have used Darvocet in the past for pain. I did not get any drowsy affect from it. It was equal to taking a Tylenol tablet for me. It's a very mild pain reliever. Everyone reacts differently to medications and you may experience something different. I don't think you should worry about taking it because it has little side effects.

When I took Darvocet oh so many years ago I was able to function while on it.

But some people I've talked to when they have taken it found that it made them sleepy for a bit because they were just starting out on it for their pain.

I found it helpful for some of my pain for a time til my pain threshold started to change for the worst about 5 years ago.

Whoa....it's been a long while since I took that pain killer. I recall it was barely effective, made me feel hot and a little tired.
