Are you sure of the spelling?

Usque ad talos

Means "all the way to the ankles" in Latin.

Can't find a word with talon- as a root.

Heel is calx, calcis.

ADDED: It's a mix of French and Latin. The 'usque ad' is Latin, and 'talones' is French - that would mean

'all the way to the heels'
