i tried to put in a cd and it made a noise and now i cant put in a cd. i know the problem isnt with the face, its internal or whatever, how do i fix it? i tried looking inside && it looks like theres some bars or something blocking my cd from going in && there isnt a cd inside at all. please help my i love my car! ps- i dont know what model radio it is, i dont have a manual or warranty, since this car was a gift.

It may or may not help, but you can try resetting the unit. Press and hold the power and SEL buttons at the same time for a few seconds. If that doesn't work try the power, SEL and eject buttons.

there was ur first problem accepting the jvc, buy a kenwood and you will never have problems..good luck!!!!!!
