Not if you want the effect of bitter apple. Bitter and sour are two totally different tastes and while most mammals don't like the bitter taste (because it usually indicates a toxin in nature) many mammals, including some dogs, DO enjoy the sour taste. Not to mention the sour spray candy has a lot of sugar in it which is appealing to your dog and will make a sticky gooey mess out of whatever you spray it onto.

You can get bittle apple, the large size, for $10 at Petsmart or Petco.

If you don't have a pet supplies store by you, you can find it online and order it from the Petsmart, Petco or Dr. Fosters & Smith.

Go to any feed and grain store or they sell it also at PetCo and Pets Mart. Pet stores should also have it.

Petco, Petsmart sometimes Wal-mart and any other pet supplies store:) and it really works. i only suggest it if you dog is chewing alot.
